The realization of the project is made possible by numerous participants:
The University of Kassel has developed the idea and is responsible for the planning and coordination of the structural realisation as well as essential parts of the self-construction.
The collective Constructlab contributes the timber construction competence in word and deed, provides the tools (mobile workshop) and leads the self-construction by the students.
The city of Dessau-Roßlau provides the land, demolishes existing buildings and supports the project.
The Anhalt/International Master's Programme in Design (MAID) supports the project with website design, usage concepts and visualisations of the historical context.
Wilkhahn is a cooperation partner and, among other things, is involved in the interior design.
The housing cooperative Dessau and the Dessauer Versorgungs- und Verkehrsgesellschaft mbH - DVV - Stadtwerke (public utilities) provided advice and support for the construction project.
Citizens of Dessau will provide students with accommodation for the construction phase in July/August 2019.
The Deutsche Bahn-AG Lutherstadt Wittenberg donates concrete elements for the foundation
The Werkbund Sachsen-Anhalt e.V. operates and coordinates the use of the building
